However, Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal stated that the SEC will continue to challenge the securities allegations against these tokens.
In the latest development in the SEC lawsuit against Binance, the government agency requested the court to amend its complaint, following a district court order. Binance is required to respond by October 11. The SEC's regulation approach towards the crypto industry remains unchanged despite the amendment.
